I found plans for the Hawkeye and the Greyhound. They were in John Young base pack for the planes. Since the number of aircraft, liveries, and registrations were out of date I did not have them installed.
Question, Since I don't have any aircraft carriers in my sim can I use the land FDE and models ...

Thanks. I did not download that package when it first came out since there were no paints included.shaggy22 wrote: 05 May 2025, 12:54 Yes they are, although I'd delete those particular ones as I've renamed the models for this package.

Re: Dans bits & bobs
Just uploaded a bunch of Mi-24D/V models onto the hangar, they're the same as the models I published back in November but renamed. Please delete those models if you have them installed.
Also added a whole load of repaints & fligtplans to go with them as well. There's also a paintkit included as ...

No. I was just curious, that is all.John Young wrote: 05 Apr 2025, 05:11 Was there a specific variant in the pack that you are waiting to use and if so, how will you be setting them up? I could get you that model to you early so that you can do that.

Re: JYAI Airbus AS365 Dauphin
Just curious, how are these coming along? Are they still being worked on? Are they done?
PS: I just asked if they were done because you seemed to have moved on to the Jolly Green helicopters.

At least I have such an archive...
Joseph, drop me a line if you would like it.

Tinker E-3 plans
Does anyone have the old Tinker E-3 plans? If you do, could you please send them to me? The old Tinker package is in the old World of AI format and I can't get it to run.

Re: Dans bits & bobs
OK thanks.shaggy22 wrote: 28 Mar 2025, 09:05 They are just old repaints on a new model. The airframes move about all the time so it's nigh on impossible to get them up to date for very long. Besides which the vast majority of my paints are retro anyway so it's good enough for me![]()

Re: Dans bits & bobs
I am a bit confused. Is the E-3 updated paints or just old repaints on the new model? I was looking at scramble and Kadena has two e-3's (71-1407 and 81-0005) but those two paints are not in the Kadena livery.

John Stinstrom also made a scenery for Moffett. It was for FS9, so I don't know if you can do anything with it.

Re: JYAI HH-60W Jolly Green Giant II
You left out 2 squadrons that use the Green Giant II. The 101st RQS based at Westhampton Beach (KFOK) and the 129th RQS based at Moffett (KNUQ). The101st RQS has two helicopters (22-14535 and 22-14532). And Moffett also has two (21-14520 and 21-14522).

Looking really good!
The only scenery I know of for Kirtland is Tropicalsim's payware scenery of Albuquerque. I remember when I used FS9 I had a scenery for Aviano, but I don't remember who made it. (I mention FS9 because there might be a FSX version you could work with)

John, thank you for mentioning KMI7. I see what I did and it is my mistake. I wanted to see the helicopters at Minot but I didn't have time to install the scenery, so I changed the flightplans to KMIB just so I can see the helicopters. When I finally installed the scenery I forgot to change the ...

Re: Minot AFB North Dakota
What parking code did you use for the helicopters? I ask because I am seeing some of the helicopter's parking on the main B-52 ramp. I saw 4 of them parking there while the others were parking in the correct spots.
