Ahhhh....those stock airports are in bgls in the main scenery folder. You won't find them listed separately, though.

Sometimes the trees/fences are in the scenery object so you won't be able to exclude. I don't have this scenery so can't say for sure. Sometimes, though, a scenery designer will place trees and other objects in a group of hangars, for example. If you select the object in something like Instant ...
