Re: Illini's Repaints

No one is under any obligation to share anything with you at all. ...well, thanks for that. I'll consider myself "told off". http://www.militaryaiworks.com/newforum/viewtopic.php?f=26&t=6350 As I said before, it was quite frustrating looking around for the paints, and that I ha...

Thanks for the tip, it's been a little frustrating looking for the paints.

EDIT: Found 'em. I had no idea to look for Aaron Haase when doing the search's.

Re: Illini's Repaints

I can't find any of these paints anywhere, and I've been looking for awhile. The paints are very nice work, and obviously have been finished for quite some time. Sorry to be the one to say it, but if you're painting planes with no intention of sharing the paints, then you definately don't need to sh...

MAIW in the future

I read the New Year commentary on the main MAIW page, and what it said about FS9 user interest being down because of simmers transitioning to FSX. Obviously, there's going to be more and more transitioning, and I'm wondering if MAIW is going to make the transition over to FSX, also. I'm sure the top...

Re: Nellis Air Force Base package by MAIW: Part II

I have recently installed the payware 19m FSG mesh and now I have a plateau problem that I need to sort out. That would answer a question I've had. I have the Nellis and BS scenery installed in both FS9 and FSX. All of the other MAIW packages that I have dual installed have the same field elevation...

Re: Nellis Air Force Base package by MAIW: Part II

Is there a mesh that would work out best with the Bluesky scenery? I thought I would ask here since the Nellis package was designed to work with it. I'm getting quite a few areas of the Bluesky photo scenery that are unstable. BTW, I'm using the stock FS9 mesh.

Re: Paint Request: F-4E

thanks Mark :D , do you all want the blue angels ?? If you've got the time. Hartwigs F-4B/D paints don't work very well in FSX because of the alpha channels that make the wing and centerline fuel tanks invisible...they make other parts of the plane "see through". They're great in FS9, tho...

I'm talking-up the T-Bird paints over at the SOH. I'm using them in FSX, they're awesome.

How about a USN TA-4J paint? Even if the two-seat model doesn't have a refuel probe, it would still be nice. We could retro NAS Meridian and Kingsville back to 1980's style.
