Ahhh, the old project creep syndrome.
Also I think that the Legacy 500s that Jon mentioned are payware so i don't think that you can count on those.

Re: Scenery and supporting AI for John's KC-390
Tim, If this helps any Scramble shows that there is one C-98/99 unit at SBAN. If you then search for that unit in the database they have 5x E-99M and 3x R-99s. So if you are just doing a package for SBAN then that should simplify it. Now the C-98s seemingly are used as light transports and base hack...

I would consider that an issue.
I am guessing that Dan will rectify that shortly.

Re: MAIW_WSMG F-16's
Just my point of view all of the mdls have been converted. The only ones outstanding are the C-40s and anything else that Kev throws in at the last moment.

Re: Hoping someone here might be able to help
Well from what you describe it sounds like you are able to compile plans and get no errors or red aircraft titles. Can you confirm that this is so. Three things come to mind. Firstly, check that you have no FS9 traffic files on your system. Under Bulk Traffic use the Find FS9 Traffic Files option. C...

Re: MAIW_WSMG F-16's
Damn, looking at the pics on F-16.net it mentions that the 70s have an IRST and it looks like there is a lump on the underside of the intake just in front of the nose door.

Re: MAIW_WSMG F-16's
Yeah, exactly what I was talking about. So really two questions, is the upgrade only internal no added lumps or bumps, and what are the new builds based on and again any lumps and bumps. If the answer is the first then great, If the answer to the second is 50/52s and no added bits then also great. I...

Re: MAIW_WSMG F-16's
Absolutely. The key thing is if the textures are done in 32 bit then they can be converted to any format required. So a quick question then, Kev. Upgrade of existing F-16s to block 70 would basically be the same model that they already have but what about new build 70/72s. Are these essentially 50/5...

Re: MAIW_WSMG F-16's
OK I will start to mull over the best way to release these. One person has already contacted me about a package so the good news is that P3D users will also benefit from those. If anybody wants to know if a particular version is covered, as they want to do a package, then I will be happy to let them...

Re: MAIW_WSMG F-16's
OK all of the P3D models that are publically available plus the Barak -30/-40s currently on build have been converted. I make a total of 122 mdls. All have been checked in the sim at dusk to ensure that the cockpits displays are lit, the taxy lamp is lit and that the lights are lined up correctly. S...

Re: MAIW_WSMG F-16's
OK update on the mdl conversions. So far after starting from the block 10s, I have worked my way up to and started on the block 50+ aircraft. I haven't made any available yet for two reasons. One, as I am going through I am formulating ideas for the best way to release them and what to include. Two,...

Re: MAIW_WSMG F-16's
OK F-16 Block 40 Barak.zip uploaded to your folder, Mark. I have included the modified aircraft.cfg with the lights added. Also included lightmaps for the C and D to include lamps for the noseleg door. Will check the Cs in game later. Mark just to let you know that the weaps textures are 24 bit. Tha...

The D models are finished and checked. I am just starting on the C models but I won't be able to check them as there are currently no schemes.
Will upload once the Cs are done.

Re: MAIW_WSMG F-16's
OK it occurred to me that I hadn't gone back to check the Baraks to ensure that the lighmaps work. So I have redone those and tested each model to ensure that they work. I have put F-16 Block 30 Barak Update 2.zip in Mark's folder. It contains all of the Barak mdls, plus the two lightmaps and separa...

Re: MAIW_WSMG F-16's
No I was asking generally. The way the models are compiled at the moment the lightmaps for the F-16s are fine - so far. I managed to find some for the versions with the lights on the main gear legs and some for the versions with the lights on the nose gear door. I was just mentally preparing rather ...

Re: JYAI F-15s invisible in P3Dv4.5 HF3
OK so what you seem to be talking about is a texture issue. If they didn't show up at all it would be a scenery or model issue.
What format are the textures in? Are they invisible in day, night or day/night conditions?

Re: MAIW_WSMG F-16's
Well I have learned a bit over the last few days, although not enough to consider myself a learned person in such matters.
I do think that an inherent ability to keep sticking with the trial and error system does help, alongside the snippets of info I get from other people.
