Fixes missing comms frequencies, AFCAD parking for 99 Sqn and adds the missing effect files.

I think we are nearly there with Brize! There has been a few delays, with myself and Paul being on holidays or work picking up while the kids have been off etc. However, our separate to do lists are mainly done, just in the process of combining the files we have both been working on.
