Don't quote me on it but I seem to remember seeing somewhere that they'll be designated as 5 squadron of the QEAF (not RAF 5 squadron).

@Mike JG I can only think that the non WA coded aircraft have been brought in as rotation. I can only compare to the RAF, sometimes you might see a Coningsby marked aircraft operating with a Lossiemouth squadron, aircraft move around based on their mod state and what a unit has coming up.
