Re: KC-135 60-0329 retired to the Air Force Museum

C-130H,

Thanks for some of the history on this airframe! I live within an hour of the Museum and get out there a few times a year. The weather was a little iffy that day so we didn't make the trip to watch it come in.

Working on some other things too! 180th FW, Ohio ANG. Most of their birds are now painted with the HG-V scheme. Toledo's jets are Bk42 F-16CM's with the hot rod motors, F100-PW-229's in them. Note the almost black 'turkey feathers' of the exhaust nozzle, made of carbon fiber. https://i.postimg.cc/C...

Re: C-130 USCG 1504

It was done in FS9 for the HTAI model. I still have it in my sim based at Elizabeth City.

I’m trying to find the file and the painter though so I can include a link but can’t seem to find it at the moment.

Re: Mountain Out of a Molehill

Yes, my rendition of GTB also started as part of a molehill as I needed place to send the F-16s (and now Reapers) out of SYR. The base is very active and growing, the stock scenery doesn't do it justice.

Looks like Wheeler-Sack AAF at Ft. Drum, NY.

I've also been climbing that "mountain" in FS9.

Brilliant, simply brilliant!! This package is another great example of how the MAIW community has pushed the boundaries of FS and accomplished much more than anyone thought possible. Thank you to the development team for all your efforts and congratulations on an amazing package!

Re: Illini's Repaints

Sorry its been awhile. I got really bored with flight sim and have not messed with it for a long time. Decided to pick it up last night and see what happens. Completed this VX-9 Cag jet. The stars on the spine were a PITA . It might have been a PITA, but you kicked its a$$! Another great looking pa...
