I realize this is an old package but I have found mis-named textures in the U2. In BB80064, BB80065, BB80078, and BB80091 the texture is WSAI_U2ST_L.bmp and WSAI_U2ST_T.bmp . I would bet you have a missing texture somewhere in the direction you are panning too. the best tool I have found to weed out missing stuff in FS is process monitor which can be downloaded here http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysi ... 96645.aspx for free.
