I can't seem to find the flightplans you mention in the readme for the bases. I see mentions by James84 that he is working on them but i can't see a link to the finished plans. Yes, you are right. I made some confusion. Libyan flightplans are no available now, but I asked to James84 to publish them...

I uploaded today on AVSIM 25 Libyan military air base sceneries. Luciano Libyan air bases available on avsimru (avsim is less fast) You can find repaints (mine and by other simmers) on AVSIM. by Rulexy.
You can find both on AVSIMrus (http://www.avsim.su)
Many repaints are already available. Search for them on the most famous online database (AVSIM, Flightsim, etc.)
