Just now got around to opening this package and read the dedication. My condolences to their family and friends.

Almost every time I looked for a paint, Billy's name would be there somewhere. He will be missed.

I know this is kinda late but but 5 Puerto Rican C-130's will 'pop in' at TJSJ on Mondays at 8 a.m. local time. Can someone verify this for me? I did watch it twice just to make sure.
