I'm bit busy at the moment doing scenery for future MAIW packages but I'm sure someone will be able to help you out.

Are these default objects? If so the only way is to exclude them and start again. I use AFX (Freeware at AVSIM) which is very easy to use and has a built in exclude tool. For placing scenery objects I use EZ Scenery from Abacus, this is payware.

I seem to recall this when the package was first released. The only solution is to turn crash detection off IIRC.
