Or Orbx freely supply "AI Traffic Australia and New Zealand P3Dv4" which has FSX PC-9 & PC-21 with flightplans.

Just a note to point out that the Occitania scenery already has a heli overlay, AFX_LFB2_64b.bgl. It uses the area between your Gazelles and Tigers.

Welzow1.1 appears to be an update only with missing object libraries & textures. I see it is on flightsim.com however along with its predecessors where most files can be found: welzow_fsx.zip or welzow.zip (for FS2004).
