Re: Elbit Hermes 450

My first thought when it comes to AI bouncing around is that it may be something to do with the contact points. Obviously, it can be and often is a lot more complex an issue than that.

It has never mattered for me. I just avoid installing SDKs in program files.

The EGA1 AFD fits almost perfectly with the UK2000 Belfast scenery, only a small amount of work needed! I suspect a bigger job for me will be getting the Islanders and Defenders to park somewhere reasonable... https://i.imgur.com/e4mW2Hl.png https://i.imgur.com/RzkaBXy.png https://i.imgur.com/lPQDiD...

Its the objects from the Orbx FTX England version of Middle Wallop, with the modified Orbx AFD for the fixed wing parking, a repositioned and expanded version of EGV2 from the Gazelle package-now covering the gazelle parking and the rest of the main apron-and a repositioned AFD for 1GVP from the MAI...

Re: Sometimes you just have to take a picture

So far I have only seen landings on the helicopter runway of the basic Tbilisi/Lochini AB scenery I'm putting together. It comes in slowly, hits the runway, and is immediately at taxi speed ready for turning off when it can. I would absolutely recommend dedicated AFDs because the approach speed is i...

Re: Sometimes you just have to take a picture

It does-not too much, though I have not managed to fully optimise mine yet. There are the rotors of course, which were easy enough. I ran into trouble with the chocks and engine covers-they appeared in open space in front of the helicopters on the Mi8T models (the more recent Mi-8MT models did not h...

Re: Australian AgustaWestland AW139 helicopters

Ah, looks like I copied the wrong ones into the package (the MAIW ones are the test ones I was using to make sure the paints didn't look too rubbish).

Correct ones are attached here for now, will upload an update to the hangar soon.

Thanks gents

As a little side project alongside the next batch of conversions, I've been knocking together something to give the recently released Georgian Mi-8 repaint a home.

It should be fairly straightforward yes. I'm happy to help out if/as needed.

Re: Tango's workbench

Repaints for the seven AW139s operated by CHC Helicopters on behalf of the Australian Military are being sent to the download area tonight (in P3D/FSX and FS9 format). I have included very simple flightplans but not dedicated overlays, mainly because I couldn't see via google maps etc exactly where ...

Re: JYAI English Electric Lightning AI Pack 3

Just so that all bases are covered, you definitely downloaded the FSX version and not the FS9 one?

I have yet to check them in sim but a quick look at the pack 3 fsx download with AI Aircraft Editor/MCX shows everything in FSX format which shouldn't present any issues.
