Re: NH-90
So does anybody fancy pitching and helping get some of these lovely models into game? You don't need to do whole packs but if you can help paint, plan, create scenery or just get info then please speak up. You never know your one small offer may kick start several others into helping create a pack ...

Re: A brand new MS Flight Simulator is coming...
It would be nice if they could make it so that we could use VFR flightplans for our type of AI to fly to waypoints rather than having to have them as IFR.

Re: JYAI C-130J Specials
I agree with Steve, I prefer the more realistic approach since as you say we now have so many types and schemes for AI. At least if you plan in FSX and P3D you have flightplans over multiple weeks so you can have land aways or "exercises" etc. Everyone is different and it probably depends ...

Low Level Typhoon
Made a HUD tape video of a Typhoon flying low level.
Includes, taxi, departure, low level, recovery and landing. I'm not the best at video editing but let me know what you think.

Re: JYAI C-130J Specials
The more I work with P3Dv4 lighting the more I like it but it's difficult to get right, particularly with clouds casting shadows. FSX is much better than FS9. FS9 is so limited these days. Dare I say, is this another reason why FS9 and to a certain extent FSX not be developed for to reduce develope...

Re: JYAI C-130J Specials
They look great John, thank you so much for making the drogues extend I think tanking with the KC-130's is usually carried out between flight level 150 and 200 for fast jets.

Re: JYAI C-130J Specials
I could do but how many times have you flown with a tanker in the last 12 months? It takes time to add, set up in scenery and test. It also adds polygons. It's really a question of the overhead v the sustained benefit to the user. Well I can't speak for others but personally speaking I fly with the...

Re: JYAI C-130J Specials
This looks like it'll be a great package, with so many in use around the world the number of paints and packages seems endless. Nice one John.
For the KC-130J do you intend to have the drogue extended when the aircraft meets a certain condition?

Re: Thoughts on the next project
John, As always whatever you decide to model will be warmly welcomed. I think a good thing to remember is that it has to be interesting for you since you are doing the hard work. A C-130 would be great, there are so many variations that it could turn into a massive project. But as it is a massively ...

Re: P3D V4.4 has been released
I have just upgraded to P3D 4.4 from FSX SE and I have to say I'm blown away by it, it looks so much better and my FPS are much better. I wish I hadn't waited so long to upgrade. Well worth the price. Now I just have the task of transferring everything over.

Re: Tabuk Air Base/Airport V2
I have finally gotten around to releasing this for FSX/P3D. It's up on Avsim now. It's not a complete base but is a damn site better than the default.
Enjoy
