Re: Windows 11 (very early)
I put it on my laptop overnight last night. Woke up this morning, did the required restart and I'm running Win 11 with no issues so far. Brand new gaming laptop so I wasn't too worried about compatibility. It's different, gonna take some getting used to. First task was to fire up FS2020 and see what...

Re: A brand new MS Flight Simulator is coming...
That's crazy Steve. I'm still experimenting with the game/sim trying to figure out how much it is pushing this little Alienware laptop. The CPU and GPU temps seem to be pretty high to me but I'm still trying to sort out what is normal.

Re: MSFS installers insights.
Oooh, that's a good tip. Almost like you're tricking it into believing you don't have an install so that it only downloads the true updates and not all the other garbage?? Is that about right?

Re: MSFS installers insights.
Funny I found this thread AFTER I purchased the game, lol. Not to worry, it's running fine for me so far. i7-10750H, 16GB RAM (probably need more), GeForce RTX 2060. Wanted 32GB of RAM with a terabyte SSHD but had to settle for 16GB with a 512GB HD due to the clusterf@ck with everything right now.

Re: A brand new MS Flight Simulator is coming...
Edit: as I suspected, none of it is driven by the AI system. The secret is SkyDolly (https://flightsim.to/file/9067/sky-dolly), which allows sequential recording of multiple aircraft in-sim to create an ensemble effect. So it's the MSFS version of the FSRecorder module. So I took the plunge finally...

@DaleRFU
Thanks Dale, I agree there's probably some of that occurring for sure. I am starting to piece together images of all of the aircraft which certainly helps verify which ones are there on a regular basis.

Re: WSMG AI F-16 preview
Meanwhile I think Lewis and I have settled on the 16th WPS birds at Nellis for the next release. We could use some community help here as this squadron is a bit disorganized right now due to moving aircraft around. Here are the latest serials according to Scramble: 88-0416 WA F-16CM-40-CF 1C-18 16th...

Re: WSMG AI F-16 preview
Sure if you want to do flight plans for them, we could include those in a package release here in a few weeks. There is already excellent freeware scenery available for Toledo and I have a AFD file we could use for that so it would make a nice little package. I hear them pretty regularly on the ATC ...
