Finally I make it. Here is AFCAD for Graf Ignatievo.You can see that i am put a parking space for military transport above military combat space.Because this is a place and for transport and for combat airplanes.If soeone have better idea let me know,i know that this can make a problem with ai traff...

Nice work Firebird thanks.But also default AFCAD file ASL must be set on 190m because your start position is on 58m when you are on active runway also I taxi around runway when I was on upper runway(new runway) and when you come near to the RWY(on 190m) you fall on lower RWY(on 58m).Can you make it ...

oh sorry this one on the picture is with default elevation but,as you say, when i change elevation at 191m airport float in the air.

custom with elevation on 191m(on default is around 60m) and nothing...and I add mesh for Bulgaria and still nothing...
