Middle East languages and fonts

I am currently doing a series of paints, non MAIW, of middle east air forces. I would like to get the text correct but I am having difficulty.

Would anybody out there be a semi expert on this and be able to help me with languages and fonts.

I think I was under 18 at the time, so they do not need to look away.

Re: A bit of a problem

Unfortunately the original one. I remember taking a young lady, Alison was her name, to the original in Richmond, the cinema by the bridge. The opening sequence capturing the ship took my breath away.

I recovered later though to have a snog in the waterfront gardens walking her home.

Not to show his age and ours, as we remember, perhaps use Young Jedi.

Re: EditVoicePack and Win 7

As far as I am aware .Net Framework 1, 2, 3 and 4 are seperate entities so one does nor rely on the other, hence the lack of .Net Framework in Windows 7.

Re: EditVoicePack and Win 7

Steve, you just need to install the 64 bit version of .Net Framework 1.1 and it is fine. I have recently done the same.

Re: EditVoicePack and Win 7

In the readme it tells you that it needs .NET Framework 1.1 installed http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyId=262D25E3-F589-4842-8157-034D1E7CF3A3&displaylang=en Service Pack 1 http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=a8f5654f-088e-40b2-bbdb-a83353618b38 In...

Re: A bit of a problem

Sounds :) like a corruption in the file. Have you tried chkdsk. Otherwise get the original off the FS Discs and then rebuild it using EditVoicePack. It could be though that one of these is causing the problem.

Re: Getting permission.

I have had trouble with this before. Firstly the quality of the paint degrades when you compile it a second time. Secondly your alterations might not mimmick exactly what I painted originally. So this is what you have to do. Firstly blank out my name and website off the paint. Secondly leave my name...

Re: RAF C-130 question

This is how I painted them

C1 - C-130E
C3 - C-130H-30. They were actually C-130E's stretched to the -30. Known elsewhere as C-130K.
C4 - C-130J-30
C5 - C-130J

Re: Textures Missing

All the textures we have used are listed here: http://www.militaryaiworks.com/filelibr ... files.html

I am afraid you will need to sort out which ones you want. I think there are programs that can look at scenery file and list the textures required.

Re: Did you know that...

James 84, here is what I did. I used the Arial font, size 13. I gave it both an outline and fill colour. That gave just a little too big letters so I reduce the stroke width to 0.5. The size was fine but the text was a little too dark so I used RGB 48,48,48. I used sharp antilising. If you want to t...

Re: C-130 fall into the ground and disapear....

I thnk Mark is correct, it is far more likely to be an aircraft.cfg problem. Download the correct model from Henry's site http://htai-models.com/downloads.html From the aircraft.cfg copy all but the fltsim.x entries and replace the all the other non fltsim.x entries in your aircraft.cfg. Backup your...
