Yes for Italy.
Don't know how many per year, but this still happen.
Just few months ago, were found an american bomb less than 1 Km from my home, were during the war there were an Air Force depot.

Russell, glad to be helpfull. I do not want to bother you abuot LIPS scenery, but I cant find it on the usual sites. Have you got the right zip file name of it, or a link where I can find it? I only found a scenery I already have by Andrea Candon on Flightsim (istrana2.zip). It is not so good.... :(...

I'm quite sure that there is not an Hold Short Point on the taxiway the A/C use.
I've had the same problem last year with my LIED AFCAD.
