Re: C-17 Below Ground
Now I have to figure a way to get a realistic landing roll, C-17s do make short field landing rolls, but I don’t believe there less than 1000 feet. I'm sure they train short field landings, but I don't think that's standard procedure. Never seen them do one at Kabul in any case and I've controlled ...

There's nothing wrong with those codes, but they are IATA codes not ICAO which flightsim uses.

Re: French Mirages Part 5 package by MAIW
It's the AFD creator's choice between realism and functionality. In fact 250.275 MHz and 372.800 MHz are the primary frequencies for those bases as military aircraft (at least here in Europe) always operate on UHF for ATC. 122.1 is the common tower frequency, 122.5 is the common approach frequency. ...

Re: Why do I have a WINNT folder when I am running Windows XP??
I have Windows 7 x64 on both my PC and laptop now, and never encountered a problem with any FS9 apps (and I use a lot of them). The only thing I needed was a workaround for installing ACM (same problem in Vista by the way).

Excellent, thanks a lot.
Just one thing, package 163 should be "French Mirage 2000 Part 5" i/o "Part 4".

Re: Modifying AI traffic Flight plans
Hi Karol.
I suggest you download Traffic Tools (TTools) and have a look at the included Readme. It explains all the parts of a flightplan.
You can find a link to TTools under Resources->Tools on our site.

Re: What else are you playing?
I finished Mass Effect 2 and Modern Warfare 2 a while ago. I'm a bit in between games at the moment but the weather's too nice to play anyway :D my favorite non-flying game to date is and will probably remain, Arma II. I played its predecessor, Operation Flashpoint. One of the best war games ever. T...

Re: Military Charter question
In my experience, civilian aircraft chartered by the military always go to the military side. It's logic, because the aircraft will normally be loaded/unloaded/serviced by the military so why would they have the aircraft park on the other side when all the means are available on their own apron? It ...
