Hi, The only thing that I can think is that it is a DX10 issue (that is about the only thing different between your setup and mine). I tested in FSX-SE and P3Dv4 and didn't notice the issue. Ian, All it really needs is a high tolerance for frustration :-) I suggest you try starting with an easy model. The AIM CJ-200 is probably a good starter model. To Woogeys point DMDocs did start this as a wish list for conversions. Whether anyone will listen or not is a moot point (although the C-17 request has been heard)

RE C-17

They are PAI models and I don't know if MAIW has the rights to the model.

I did look at converting them for my own use and they need major re-building. The reverse thrusters are broken in conversion and will need to be re-modeled from scratch.
