Re: Scenery and supporting AI for John's KC-390

Best if you can forward it to me, Tim. I have all the approval mails that I am aware of. But a good idea to put them someplace accessible.

Re: Scenery and supporting AI for John's KC-390

I recently read something about this and if I remember correctly they still do, although the AMX should be replaced with another aircraft - can't remember which one.

And your paints are always welcome, Ray :-)

Re: Scenery and supporting AI for John's KC-390

Don't get me wrong, Tim. I own many products from the OrbX portfolio and would recommend them anytime. What makes me wonder is if we can and want to deal with guiding users through the OrbX registration and download process. But that is my personal view, the decision is with the package creators. Re: Scenery and supporting AI for John's KC-390

You need to register at OrbX and you must use OrbX Central to install the package. Then it goes where OrbX thinks it belongs.

Not sure if we want to put this setup onto one of our packages.

Re: Scenery and supporting AI for John's KC-390

If this aircraft is needed and somebody would convert it, we can make a self-conversion pack like with the FMAI models.

Re: AIAE V.4 pilot test

Guenther, no need for you to verify. I did that quickly myself, and it looks the same in MCX. I have told Arno.

Re: AIAE V.4 pilot test

Hi Guenther.

This does not look like an AIAE error but an MCX error. Can you please verify if it looks the same with the latest development version of MCX? If so, you would need to report it to Arno. He is digging deep into the MCX code, and sometimes this has some side effects.

AIAE V.4 pilot test

I am about to release a new version of AIAE. Changes are P3Dv6 support, effect support, major code rewriting to improve stability and performance, interface changes, support of Arnos new Viewer, etc. I like to point out and thank Steve for his great support over the last weeks. He gave most valuable...

Re: Embraer KC-390

Aside from extremely over-colored dusk and dawn and weird trees, I think P3Dv6 is a real winner. Also loading performance beats all earlier versions in my experience.

I can confirm that crashes and erratic behavior in the sim is often due to the air file.

Re: ModelConverterX - please read

It might be something that happened to me as well. Reason still unknown, but some sections have been introduced into the model that made FS9 crash. Arno is looking at it. But on second thought… if I remember correctly, in my case the converted model did not load into MCX either. Send from mobile hen...

Re: Thoughts on the next project

I think some parts of my last message went unnoticed, John. ... Oh I love the shots from your last message. I always hoped for some of the iconic models to be made, like the Corsair, He 219, Me 262, P-61 and some Bristols. Or a Zeppelin :-) Did you play around with what I have send you? And do you a...
