Re: Trees
To plant trees in FSX I like Whisplacer best. It is kind of an Java based Instant Scenery tool, you can see what you do in real time in the sim, and you can do easy gardener jobs like selecting a polygon shape and say I want oaks, elms and walnuts randomly placed within. You can define variat...

Re: Most wanted AI aircraft poll resetted
I could not resist this perfectly fitting double meaning. And aside from that ... what a great aircraft she would make in the FS skies (again true in every respect )Joecoastie wrote:Oh . . . I thought you were slyly referring to the -36's method of propulsion.

Up the list by multi-voting. Although I won't invest time to prevent it, I can still tell from the logsJoecoastie wrote:Pushed ?

Most wanted AI aircraft poll resetted
After many of the aircraft in the last poll have been realized in the mean time I have removed those. I also removed those where I have an idea that they could be in the making. Since the list was very short afterwards I have added some new and now you can vote again . The winners of the last poll h...

I have added the ISO country code as a filter criteria to the list, which now contains 778 entries.

Re: Retro Luftwaffe Phantoms
During our two week holiday at the North Sea I have seen a Phantom twice. Such a great aircraft... I guess they were from Wittmund. Other nice spottings were Tornados, the Orions from Nordholz, a very low flying Sentry (gear down, coming in from the Sea) and two dogfighting Eurofighters. Oh, and a w...

Re: OwlAI has gone live with the first four F-104 AI packages
You should never publish a package before you leave for holiday. I did and it was a fault - the installer skips the aircraft.cfg for whatever reasons. I can only fix it when I am back in two weeks and have taken the download off from The Owls Nest and notified FlightSim and AVSim to do the same. Sor...

After Norway has been pointed out as a blank spot on the AI world map only recently Ray has gone busy in his studio and we can add the RNoAF F-104 to the list. Thank you very much, Ray. :smt001 Flightplans for FSX and FS9 plus an airport file for Bodø Main Air Station have been added to the zipped f...

What an beautiful flight line! Thank you very much for the orange beauty, John. GAF flew three of them from 1966 until 1993. I am looking forward to see them fly again.
