The German Air Force has received the first of two new A321neo in Berlin.

The new aircraft will be put in service very soon.

Today it was told in the media that all 35x F-35A will be based in Büchel AB in Rheinland Pfalz in germany. It is planned to invest 170 mio Euros for works and modernisations of the airbase. For example new fences, new runway. The works will be finished in 2026, so before the deliveries begin in 2027.

Yesterday, it was mentioned in the media that the german government has officially confirmed the order of 60x Chinooks.

The german CH-47F will also get inflight refuel capabilities.
