Re: Mobile connection suddenly impossible
Since last spring I was using a Huawei K3715 USB adapter and Vodafone for mobile web access. Without changing Windows Vista32 settings and no newly installed programs I received "RAS error 31". I searched the web already. Re-installed driver and software without any changes. Does somebody...

Another thing that really puzzles me is the significant difference in filesize between original FS9.exe (1362KB) and the NoCD hack version (504KB).

Re: Which Joystick?
Well, after reading this thread I got to thinking I needed a new toy for X-mas and so made the plunge. Arriving at work this Lunchtime I was thrilled to find a nice big box waiting for me. Inside the X52 Pro, which seemed to be the best regarded on the forums. Now all I have to do is find time to sw...

I used to use AVG along with Spybot S&D But have recently changed to Avira Antivirus and Malwarebytes
as they are less resource hungry. Both seem to be working fine so far. I never pay for my Anti-virus as
the free stuff does all that I want and is much less intrusive and resource hungry.

Congrats on your job change.
I think you might be quite lucky in that you are staying in a military environment. It took some time for me to adjust to civilian attitudes after I quit the RN. 5 years on and I'm just about civilianised

Can you fire up event viewer and see if you can find out file associated with the failure. If so then all you should need to do is replace the file with the original from the setup disks or whichever aircraft addon is causing the problem.
