That sounds more like a file error than an application error; I would:

1. Try the continue button if you haven't already

2. Try a different WOAI package and see if it does work; if so...

3. re-download the E-3 package you are looking for and try again...

That screenshot is really blurry... I cannot read the error message... Also what happens if you press continue on the error message? One more thing I should ask have you tried a different package... You may want to hold off on that line of effort as Gsnde and I have already been long at work on it... I have already re-done all the afcads / excludes; and the scenery library objects have been converted. Not exactly sure where we stand in terms of release progress...
