Just going through some checking and found the Canadian c-295s.

From what I have read all 16 on order have been built. Quite a few are still in Spain waiting for equipment to be installed, but they are built. I think that at least 7 are in Canada.

So has anybody painted up the full fleet, or have any intention to do so?

I've got most of them done... leave it with me to finish off the rest.. shouldn't be too long
