A bunch more P-3's updated, the European ones I've merged into one package mainly because I couldn't be bothered to do multiple smaller packages. More to come as well, maybe more than you might think if we can gain the correct permissions

It is starting to get to the point at which I need to put together two separate AI installs, one for the present day and one so that I can put all of this brilliant retro work into the sim!

Up next is the Japanese Maritime Self Defence Force, also included is a little surprise as well. Mason Curling (jetpilot1980) has figured out how add create new versions of aircraft that were previously impossible to edit. So in this package is a proper UP-3C & UP-3D painted up with 2048x2048 paints, these are meant to be replacements to already existing paints so flightplans are not included, aside from the UP-3C based at Atsugi. The repaints are of course retro, for the late 90s early 00s period.

There are also other models that Mason has done as well based on the P-3 that we could release in the near future as well. Watch this space.

Up next are the South American P-3's of Brazil, Argentina & Chile. No new models in this one, will be uploaded later this week. Argentinian & Chilean P-3s will have flightplans included but the Brazilian ones are meant to be replacements. As usual retro repaints for the late 90s & early 00's, Oceanic Orions will be next, enjoy:

Thank you Dan.
As always greatfull of retro world paints.

I have been tinkering around with the JMSDF paints of yours and would like to ask if there is a need for Shimofusa AB.
I have done the base with ADE and various objects from MAIW.
I would like to share it.

I would assume that there is a need, please share away. It'll be nice to see these P-3s have a nice home in the sim

This is the next round of P-3's & the only time I'll paint up a modern day examples. Because Martin asked very nicely here are some German Navy P-3s for your delectations  There are a few special liveries included but as they're all grey now, bar 1 with an MFG3 special sticker on it, there is an option to replace it with the standard livery. Thanks to Matt Soden for providing me with some screenshots of these, they should be up in the Hnagar shortly, please allow for the usual time for them to become available.

Last set of Orions have been uploaded to the hangar, should be available shortly, Australian & New Zealand versions, the latter are meant as replacements for the existing package.

I've also been working on some more MiG 29s as well, done Iranian, Peruvian & Myanmar examples recently, I've also done some very basic scenery for Magway in Myanmar as well. Jut sorting out a few errors with it & I'll upload them. Thanks to Miljan for pointing out a error on the Myanmar paints, & probably a bunch of others as well.

Also coming very soon is another updated model, this time done by myself & Mason Curling. It's based on the updated model by Miljan but modded to change it to an Mi-24, plenty of weapons fits on them as well. The models will be uploaded separately to the repaints of which I've already done a bunch of.

These will be uploaded shortly as there are a couple of things that still need sorting, contact points for example.

The models will have to be converted to FSX format from P3D to make them work, I believe it's possible. I'm too busy to try that out so won't be able to assist in that I'm afraid.

The repaints should work just fine.

As far as I can tell, the conversion should be easy... Just open in MCX and re-save / export as a FSX model... The animation coding (.xml) is all up to date and should be FSX readable...

The only issue with back porting to FSX from P3D may be the lightmap (assuming the model has them).

P3D uses lua scripting to implement night lights, in FSX you may have to create an overlay part to display the lm.

I didn't use a LUA script on these models... Just the appropriate vis conds on the attached effects in the parts tree.. Sorry I don't think I am going to be able to do much P3d or in the mood for the next couple of days.. Much like John Young, I just lost my beloved pit bull of 14 years a couple of hours ago...

Gentlemen,

I share your grief. In 2002, my wife and I lost our Min-Pin companion through many years to old age, and when we moved from the Philippines to Germany in 2015, we had to give our beloved "mixture of many kinds" away (couldn't take her because of the veterinary requirements), fortunately to a good home.

Thanks to Jimroger for helping me out with Scramble, it is hugely appreciated.

In other news, the Mi-24 models have been uploaded, I'll upload some repaints for those very shortly. Also just uploaded are some HD paints for the NBAI B-1b, these are updates for the original package from back in the day. I've also done repaints for the Georgia & Kansas ANG units that used the B-1 back in the late 90s period.

Image

Also some more to come as well, USAF E-3 Sentry on the NAAI model & some Cuban Air Force aircraft to come in the near future.
