Maybe one day who knows...
Anyway soon we will have around 20 types of airplane in use all around the world.Less and less jaguars,tornadoes,F1s,harriers and so on.
And yes lets go back on topic:India is spending more and more on weapon.Fighter deal 126 aircraft,C-130s,C-17s,P-8s,PC-7Mk-2,helicopters,still they are producing Su-30MK in project of LCA,PAK-FA...

I agree it is frightening what contracts they have signed this year. It can't be all due to Pakistan, as most of their bases are near the Chinese border I am guessing that that is where their nervousness is.

Well it it like that.If you have strong army then your neighbors will stay away from you.Anyway Mig-21s are almost on the end,Mig-27 too,no plans for jaguras as far as I know.Only Mirages will go through upgrade and Mig-29s.And they are 1 billion people country so they need big army.Still far from USA today.

There is a P-8 model in the PAX River project, just need to repaint it.

Technically it's just the AIA 737-800 model painted to look like the P-8.

I worked on that Bird. There is a Resin conversion kit in 1/144 scale to convert the Revell -800 to a U.S. model P-8A. The Indian P-8I is different, but I am sure the kit is still usable. Look for Contrails models online. They also make a flaps down wing set for the same Revell kit.
