How to remove parking hangars from scenery and adding anothe

I was curious as to how one would remove parking hangars in a scenery package. The hangars are incorrect and what is required is what is in the Luke AFB covered parking. I'm sure this question has probably been asked but I don't see anthing in the forum. Too much to dig through. With that being said, I'm sure it is in a.bgl file. What would one use to open that to see inside a .bgl file?

I use ADE9X to swap out scenery objects. I have several military scenery packs that are FSX only and come with inaccurate "ramp shades" (green covered tents almost), I just swapped them with stuff from MAIW packages.
