I have ticked the box [Notify me when a reply is posted] for email notifications for answers to my posts, but no email has come.
What should I do please?

I will be honest here and say that i do not know, I never knew that this option existed, I just read all the new posts.
It will need an intelligent person to answer your query.

Any better now, I've pressed all the buttons I could find?

There must be a bug in the forum.
As it is, I keep an excel spreadsheet with the links to my posts--the only way I can follow them and see what people have posted.

That is a better method than mine, I just obsessively check the forums for responses to my posts.

Just press the view unread posts button each time your online, it makes things a lot easier than spreadsheets.

Also just above the submit button of a new post make sure the "Notify me when a reply is posted" check box is checked.

I would check your spam folder in your email system, they may be going there.

Why do I keep getting emails from the Forum/website support asking me to look at topics etc,which I have done but Mark keeps sending me more emails. Is it possible to sort out this hiccup please.

Its not a hiccup everytime somebody adds a comment to a post you are subscribed to you will get a email notifiction. If you dont want this then you need to do one of two things.

1) Turn off email notifiction in your personal settings.
2) Unsubscribe from that topic.
