Like v2 before, pretty straight forward install to FSX. Removed the VTxx files and the AFD needs the bushes/trees cut back.

Looking into swapping out the FS9 FAIB B737w with the FSX model version for the C-40's, textures should cross over I assume.

Not sure about that. I believe they should have a different alpha channel and light map.

It is true it is one of the things we found in testing. It maybe that you will have to export the alpha from the appropriate FSX model and import into each scheme to work properly.

Hi guys

I have changed many FSX paints for fs9.

I used DXTbmp.

I would guess the reverse is possible.

Load the bitmap in DXTbmp.

Flip the texture.

Import the FSX Alpha chanel.

Refresh the alpha channel.

Save the texture as a dds.

You would probably need a dds texture to export the alpha channel from.

Hope this is of some use.

Thanks gents, I'm slowing converting all my AIA models to FAIB FSX versions.
