The jagged edges? Yeah, that's some boneheaded decision by nvidia to forcibly disable anti-aliasing in FS9. It can be fixed with a tool called nvidia inspector, but it's a bit of a headache to explain. You're better off googling "nvidia inspector fs9", as there are plenty of guides out there.

I mean the plane/Building textures are dark.
