Indonesia confirms to replace F-5E/F with Su-35

The article is in Indonesian, it said that even with the country's economy state is not in a stable condition, the Minister of Defense still want to purchase 16 Su-35s targeted in this month, and it's confirmed that the Minister will buy the aircraft periodically rather than purchasing all 16 aircrafts straight away to compromise with the country's economy state.
That's not the only reason, the other one is that the Minister chose to buy 1-2 aircrafts fully equipped with complete armaments one at a time rather than buy 16 aircrafts straight away without any armaments.
