Military AI Works

I have changed the Military AI Reference so that it should be considerably faster. I would appreciate your feedback if you can confirm an improvement.

The lag while loading should be completely gone. Filter operations will probably a tiny bit slower than before, but should still be very fast.

For those interested - data processing is now happening server based and not on your client.

Excellent Martin. With 100 entries requested, the load is almost instantaneous, as is the search function. Thank you.
