HDOB - Obock, Djibouti - Anyone Seen Plans for the New Base?

Apparently China is looking to establish a naval logistics base at Obock, Djibouti, across the Gulf of Tadjoura from Ambouli IAP and Camp Lemonnier. The airfield is not in FSX, but I plan to put it there, though it's basically a 5,000-foot dirt strip right now.
Anyone seen any mock-ups or diagrams for what the PLAN has in store there? Would love to add this to my planned CJTF-HOA package, which will probably come after I get the Marianas one done. I tend to get distracted with the AFCADs. lol
