Have you seen this site. You may not find what you're looking for but I have used it to make FS9 more realistic

Unfortunately MAIW don't do requests however if you post in the Scenery Design forum one of the scenery designers may be able to help you.

Scenery, flight plans, and aircraft suggestions are available for CGAS Clearwater.
Search for cgas_clearwater.zip on avsim or Flightsim. The file is by Ryan Cobb.
NOTE: he recommends using a H-60 from hovercontrol. This is because he published before John Young produced his great AI H-60. Replace the a/c in the flight plan with Johns model. There are afcads and other scenery, both FS9 and FSX, also available for Clearwater. Paints and flightplans for all the USCG MH-60T are also available on those sites.

You may from time to time see a developer ask for ideas or requests, but that is infrequent and usually means they are between projects and are looking for a muse for the next thing to move on to.

If the developers are being quiet, that means one of two things: 1) Just like a dog who has suddenly become quiet, we're up to no good. -or- 2) Ah heck, we're up to no good.

Another important thing to remember is that developers tend to work off the "Oh, Shiny" principle. That is, things that are shiny tend to catch our attention and we play around with them. Things that aren't shiny are no fun. So, although we don't do requests, we may do recommendations if we find them shiny.

Lack of scenery for St Petersburg Clearwater is the reason for this

I quite often respond to requests, but I tend to filter out anything that doesn't have the pre-requisite magic word in it.

I've looked and don't know where I got the scenery. Can't even find the zipped file now.
Any how here's my AFCAD for FSX and one for converted for FS9. It has specific spots for the USCG aircraft.
For FS9 I cannot verify it works 100%.
One may have to increase the radius of the parking and/or adjust the elevation.

For FS9, to get the runway to show I'd to increase the the airfield height to 11ft.
Other than that seems to work OK.

I'm going to say it again but differently

Is anybody working on or planning to do any scenery or a package for the USCG station at Clearwater?

Nothing officially from MAIW I'm afraid. We no longer have enough manpower to keep the package line going with or without requests... :|

If you're still waiting anxiously for stuff that was announced soon™ five years or so ago then I'm sorry to burst your bubble. Maybe you have come a little late to the party? Life happened, devs moved on, we adapted and now focus more on supporting the community rather than producing our own packages.

That's not saying that we could no longer have a surprise or two (or ten ;) ) up our sleeves...

Does that mean no more packages?!
