ETAD is Spangdahlem. Try spangdahlem_usaf-52tfw_v20.zip by Chris Brown available on AVSIM. Otherwise just try searching for Spangdahlem on Avsim, plenty of other packages on there.

There are two quick ways to check if a scenery is AI ready:

1) Quick & Dirty way. Inside the game, use the Go To Airport location and find ETAD. Try to change the start location from the default runway. If you see a large selection of parking locations that is a good sign it is AI ready

2) Open the airport file in a program like ADE. The file to look open is AF2_ETAD.bgl. If you see lots of parking spots you should be AI ready. Check to ensure the size is correct and note the parking codes as you may need to edit them in your aircraft.cfg files to get the correct parking.

If using step 1 and you only see runways as options or Step 2 and you don't see parking spots, the scenery is not AI ready and will need a new AFCAD file created.

Effectively fully AI ready as already mentioned in the scenery description above.

how did you do that!...mine has no planes...just because it is ai ready doesn't mean planes will show...packages must be found and installed...yes?

Yes indeed. There are some sceneries that include AI aircraft and flightplans but by no means are all of them like that.

If there are no packages then you have to install the AI aircraft and schemes yourself and then either amend existing plans for that scenery or write your own to fit the newly installed AI schemes.

BTW I did a search here at MAI...I put in ETAD hoping it would be easy...but no results were found

I can help you.
I downloaded the models, repaints and traffic from the sites mentioned before, and I built current and retro traffic for that great scenery created by Ian.

Send me your EMail please.

Al most all aircraft fit as AI. Due to great lack of retro military AI I use 95 percent "flyable" models.
