Military AI Works

I have tried and tried to get an avater, I've resized and rezised got it showing in my profile, all saved etc but that's as far as it goes.
I must be missing something simple, something I haven't clicked may be, any help appreciated.
The size is only 217kb by the way so it is small compared to a few others I looked at.

The default phpBB limits for the forum avatar are quite small I'm afraid:

Maximum dimensions; width: 200, height: 200, file size: 14.65 KiB.

I'm at a loss, I tried numerous times to resize the image, got it down when I looked at properties to 13.207Bytes or 12.8KB
and it is 80x80 pixels and it's still not showing.
Also in png format is that right?

There. It seems to work fine. I also checked your user permissions and they are correct so no idea why you were having issues.
