How can I make an afcad for a carrier?

I would like to make AI traffic for some of the carriers in carr2006.zip from flightsim.com.
I need an afcad for that. How can I make one and with what program please?

If this is the same Carrier 2006 pack I have then look in the Scenery folder and you will find 18 Files named "AF2_****"
Open one of these up using AFCAD221 (or AFX/ADE) and it will give you the required information.
