It seems that in the package "AI Eurocopter UH-72A Lakota / H145M for FSX (JYAI) there are a couple of models missing.

They are:

U-72A_Clean_doors_closed
H145M_doors_closed

The models are not missing because they shouldn't be there. In fact, the FSX versions of the U-72A Clean and H145M models have their doors permanently closed, making the two that you highlighted redundant.

However, what is causing a problem is that some entries in the FSX aircraft.cfg file have the "_doors_closed" suffixes still applied - a left over from the FS9 conversion. I've amended those in the attached replacement FSX aircraft.cfg file.
