Where are the new F-16s located?

Can someone list which airports that should have the new "AI Lockheed Martin F-16 family for FSX (HTAI)" aircraft available to see? I think I've got the planes correctly added to my P3Dv4, but don't know where to look for them!

Did you have all the original packages installed with the HTAI F-16's? Big bases for the states, Hill and Luke AFB.
