Janet 1900C flightplans help

Janet 1900C flightplans help

I have flightplans for Janet 73-600's, King Air 200's, and 1900C's. In the plans for the 1900C's one plane goes from KLAS to KIAD (direct) then from KIAD to KABQ (direct). Does anyone have plans for these aircraft that is more realistic? The planes are N623RA and N20RA (N623RA is the one going to IAD and ABQ).

If not maybe I could post the plans here, or maybe send then to someone who knows more realistic destinations for the plane and fix up the plans?

The Janet flightplanes are classified.

The only sure destinations are :

AREA 51
Tonopah Test Range
NAWS China Lake
Edwards AFB (North base)
NAS Point Mogu
Nut Tree airport
AIR Force Plant 42
Hill AFB
Wright Patterson AFB

That does help cause I did not know where else I could send this plane to except Area 51. I have abother question though, when IO change the destinations I will need to adjust the flight times. How would I know how long it takes to fly to the new destinations?

Does Edwards AFB North base have it's own airport code? Or does it use EDW?

Avsim for realistic Janet King Air flight plans but just a quick look reveals only plans for their 737's.

For the King Airs, run them between Las Vegas, Tonopah, Palmdale (AF Plant 42), Edwards, Groom Lake, Yucca Airstrip,
Pahute Mesa Airstrip and Base Camp.

Tonopah, Yucca, Pahute Mesa and Base Camp are all part of the NTTR expansion pack that is included in the Easter Egg in the Nellis package.

I'm guessing that's how they get the Cammo Dudes out to all those remote checkpoints.

Thats where I got these plans from. Avsim had plans for just the 737's (rbt_egandgflightoperations_summer_2013.zip) and another for King AIr and 1900C's (janet_beechcraft__2011_egg.zip). And thanks for the other destinations, Now I just to figure out the flight times. It is to bad that Nellis stuff don't work in P3D.

Well someday we'll convert it. Having the source files (which I do) is the important part. We're already experimenting with converting the F-16 model to native FSX/P3D. We're also learning how to more efficiently develop models so that they are easier to convert.

As far as figuring out the flight times, you don't have to. TTools will do that math for you. Just write the flight plans so that they leave at say 12:00:00. Finish the flight plans, run them through TTools and compile them. Then decompile them back into text files and look and see how long the flight took. It's very easy to do. Then you can time them to make them arrive/depart as you wish.

Sounds like a lot but it's really not. Although if you're using P3D, I don't think you can use TTools can you??

I don't know. I have been using AIFP for installing flightplans in P3D. I was told in the AIG forums that this was the tool to use for P3D.

It's the tool to use and I use it for FSX, it will give you flight times based on the aircraft.cfg cruise speed (no wind). Just for giggles, I was surprised N623RA shows on Flightaware and Flightradar24.

Watching this video, they seem to be coming and going at a high frenquency lately. I think he said in this vid that they are doing 3 runs at the beginning and end of the day to A51.

If you use AIFP and you substitute one destination for another you simply load that flightplan, double click on it, and select the leg that you want to alter.
The override ETA is what you have specified in the flightplan, the ETA is what time it should arrive flying the route when using the aircraft cruise speed. You canhe the destination in the app the ETA will change.

So you simply remove the Override ETA and then save the leg update and then the flightplan and the time will have changed in your txt file. It is all in the manual.

LOL! I sometimes think they intentionally do this to add to the cover story. Still amazes me what all can be tracked via ADS-B these days. Certainly the Global Hawk flights over the Ukraine are trackable on purpose....
