Because the aircraft has been converted from the existing FS9 model to FSX.

Let me please refer you to my website The Owl's Nest. You should find a pretty comprehensive reference to both the MAIW packages and military AI in general which lacks only updates of the last two-three months.

i see in the AIAE that the fireflies canopies are opaque. is this a glitch?
