Found an interesting page today. It mentions that the RAAF now have a civilian operated adversary unit based at Williamtown with 3x Alpha Jets.
It might make an interesting small package for someone to put together, especially for those that are quite daunted by the work required by some bigger units.

From something else I read it maybe that these are primarily for Army and RAN work.
