New in this release:

• Split the installation sequence of region North America to avoid virtual memory issues.
• Added new info icons to the regions to open region documentation.
• Changed update badges (showing the number of available package updates) from blue to red for improved attention.

• Changed download location of all files to the new MAIW CDN. This should be transparent for you.
• Added a red background colour to the "GLOBAL" and "REGIONS" menu items when there are updates available on the respective page.

Due to the server migration to our new CDN, this is a required update to keep receiving future region updates.
