I recently made a flightplan which got a Lancaster to fly RAF Coningsby-Scampton. At 11am (the time its due to depart) its still parked up and at 11.02am its still parked.
Whats the issue

a number of reasons can cause this....are you looking at the aircraft on the correct day....and the exact correct time..remember flight plans are sometimes created in Zulu time. also if viewing...make sure youre not parked in its way on a taxi way it needs....

Its always done in local time and I was parked on grass next to the runway

does the scenery have active working AI already....so we know the runway is linked etc

Now here we have a situation where you require some help but you haven't provided all the information that could help people diagnose a problem.
if you think about this logically wouldn't it help if you zipped up the traffic file and attached it here so that others could download and look at it? This way they could see thew raw data rather than guessing what you might have in it.

I would also add the AFCAD/ADE file, someone might see something BOAF has overlooked.
Make sure there are start locations and a hold short at the runway.

Which version of RAF Scampton is being used for the destination?

Also be aware that in FSX / P3D the aircraft.cfg needs to have a [Radios] section otherwise the aircraft just sits there.

If it's my AI Lancaster, the .cfg has a radios section in both the FS9 and FSX versions.
