Hello

Does somebdoy know where i can find documents for the C-17?

I would like to know more about the CAWS and callouts.

I know that the C-17 has a female voice that is also used in the 717.

But it has many additional callouts like

-Autothrottle

-20 Minutes

-Obstacle Left

-Obstacle Right

-Missile launch

Is there a list availibe of all callouts and their meanings?

Thanks

Hello,

I want to try a new attempt and ask if somebody knows if
there is a good source about C-17 Globemaster III.

Especially i would like to know more about the
Glascockpit, Autopilot modes (there are many),
WACS, WAP messages, ect.

Unfortunatly i couldnt find not much informations in the internet.

I could figure out a few small things after watching many youtube videos but still i dont know a lot about it.

For example i could find out that the Radio Altimeter works below 5000ft instead of 2500ft which is in most aircrafts.

I appreciate your help.

Thank you.

There's a good reason you can't find the information. Nobody with the information is going to share it with you because doing the "long course" at Fort Leavenworth Kansas sucks....

Hello Jon,

Of course i know that it is very sensitive sharing informations about equipment.

I am not surching for blueprints or something like that.

I thought may be there are some documents availible which describe certain systems which are in every aircraft, like Autopilot, Autothrust system ect.

I am not interested in self defense systems ect.

As i wrote, i could find a few characterstics by watching yt videos.

Thanks anyway and for the link about the correctional center.

As Jon alluded to, the chances are that info on the systems will only be available when the systems go out of service.

If they were freely available then you would be able to find them. Let it lie.
