RAF C.4 (C-130J-30) in CA

Sadly no pics as it was raining and at night, but found a RAF Herc at KSBP, a regional airport on the California coast. Didn't find it on any tracking site except an "Albert 01" callsign with a track around the US Army Ft. Hunter-Liggett area on Flightaware, so wild guess is para-drop training. The dark green Herc parked in a dark area without lights, so difficult to see a serial number, although the IFR probe helped identify the owners.
