for all those that know this trick i sorry for repeating it, for those that dont here goes.

you can add any sound pack,files to any AI aircraft you wish all you have to do is rename the folder "soundai" and inside the folder change the sound.cfg to "soundai.cfg, i have the LM C-130 sound file for John's JYAI C-130's its much better than the basic prop sound.
search online for AI sounds. hope this was helpful to some of you.

Is it true also for FS9?
I knew that this is possible only for FSX (and may be P3D)

Afraid not. You can customise the global default sounds for the various engine types in FS9, but you can't have local soundai folders. That facility was introduced for FSX.
