This blue T-45 paint scheme has been around for more than three years.
It is included in the Pax River update package.

On that note, the other T-45 squadrons are sporting new CAG paints. I was alerted to this by a family member in Texas asking if the AF Thunderbirds were in town (season had ended). Now I can see how the Kingsville T-45 could be confused.
